We keep things simple. Here's how Flexy handles your data.
When you create an account we store your name, email address, and profile picture (if you sign in with Google). When you use Flexy we collect basic usage data — which routines you start and complete, your preferences, and device/browser information sent automatically with every web request. If you purchase a subscription, payment details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
We use your information to provide and improve Flexy — delivering routines, saving your progress, personalizing your experience, processing payments, and communicating service updates. We may use aggregated, anonymized usage data to understand how routines are used and to improve the product. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Flexy uses a small number of trusted third-party services: • Google Authentication — to let you sign in with your Google account. Google receives standard authentication data as described in their privacy policy. • Stripe — to process payments. Stripe handles all payment card data under their own PCI-compliant privacy policy. • Hosting & infrastructure providers — to serve the application and store data securely. These services only receive the minimum data necessary to perform their function.
Flexy uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your session. We may use basic analytics cookies to understand overall usage patterns. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings, though this will sign you out.
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g., payment records for tax purposes). Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to restrict processing.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the app. Continued use of Flexy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
If you have questions about this privacy policy or your data, contact us at privacy@getflexy.com.
