The rules of the road for using Flexy. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using Flexy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Flexy is a web-based platform that provides guided stretch and mobility routines. Routines include timed exercises with video demonstrations. Some features are available for free; others require a paid subscription.
To access certain features you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the stated interval (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you have a billing issue and we will work with you.
Flexy provides general fitness and mobility routines for everyday wellness. Our content is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical condition, injury, or chronic pain, consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program. You use Flexy at your own risk and are responsible for listening to your body.
All content on Flexy — including routines, exercise descriptions, videos, images, logos, and software — is owned by Flexy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse Flexy, including but not limited to: attempting to access another user's account, reverse-engineering the software, scraping content, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flexy and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Flexy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the app. Your continued use of Flexy after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
